Recalled, early in 2019 ,the effort of Dr Ibrahim Waziri when he pushed for the establishment of the sullubawa community settlement, a ranching project peg project with the Bauchi local government through the intervention of His Royal Majestic Alh.(Dr) Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu Emir of Bauchi which led to the first ever cattle ranching in Bauchi State.
This effort had drawn the attention of the Federal government and state government to the Sullubawa community which the government had equipped the Sullbawa ranching community with basic amenities like school, hospital solar bolehole and refrigerator Warehouse for dairy preservation .

Since then, the Sullubawa community in Bauchi State had been living in peace with its following neighbors and this had strengths the harmonious relationship between farmers and herders in the state.
