There was a country called Nigeria.

I wouldn't want to write about this topic but I was inspired by my editor Mr.Williams Ayooso Publisher and Editor of World View Magazine who think I have a duties as a young Nigerian to make an input on this race to nation building.
Been a young Journalist,the pretense to twist true in logics is not obtainable in me as most of us believe in giving it straight-out without the harvest of much stress as ours trend demand.
My choice of tittle is not a good one for today as it may not reflects the positions and interest of the present so called today "political class of nationalists"as none of them want to even imagine the pain of losing the Egujes the ill system is currently sand filling their deep pockets with.

But take it or leave it,the reality is here with us and we must not wait for a rise of another prophet to tell us the doom days are near if urgency is not pusssues.
Being a young lad,who is many decades behind years of struggles for independence,it's very glaring my thinking mentality has nothing to do with what the country pasts leaders had envisioned before the almagamation,the unification that forced the sour marriage we are currently dragging feet to divorce or pretending there is no quarrel in the house while
both spouse live in fear.
unfortunately the country is ripe with a full blow index of a fail state,
from south to north,Nigeria is breeding,and it not just a normal breeding as the blood on the streets are of full scale,different agitation are rising every day,why some had disguise in the form of violence,others have showed a good justification why theirs cause should be heard but as usual our politicians are still playing the ostrich why politicization take away every national concern.
The ship steering the nationhood is wreck with overloaded garbage,bandits in Northwest,the deadliest Boko Haram boys technically coming back in the Northeast,the ideological driven Ipob agitators in Southeast,the lazy deprived militants in South Souths,the awaiting vengeful aggressors in the middle belt,and the exploitative syndicate called OPC in the Southwest and among others .
Over the years we had leaders who think our problems was not a structural balancing as our federation is a peculiar one but same leaders turn out later to being apostle of true federation after the power pendulum had swing away from theirs Holdings, a typical type of leaders we had always gotten after the fourth republic who seen only personal interest to all of their policy execution.
It like most of them had forgotten that the current problem of Nigeria can not be solve with mere political rehthorics as our non compliance to change had put us in a worse mess than any other times
Maybe, the signs are telling on us now that,we can no longer rely on national conferences like before to solve this problems again,the agitators and the common citizens had lost hope in some of the past ones which theirs expectations were never met and the patients for such political gimmick had dry up in them.
How we Lambast each other's about the problems this time around does not real matter now, what matter, is how we get this problem solve once and for all so we can still berate the futures to children children .
But my fear is real compounding again when I woke up just last week to read in the daily that the Federal government is planing to establishing a Radio station for a particular tribe,while nothing may be cynical behind such motives from the Federal government,it is also placed responsible on the APC led Federal government to look at the perception introducing such a radio station for single tribe among over 250 ethnic groups will have on the public s owing to the precedence on ground evolving within the last four years with cattle men.
Nigeria is sick,and they is no lies about this,we have reached a crossroad and the sad time are here,so sad that we need to sit and refereed on the kind of nation we had begotten to ourselves,they is no gain pretending any longer thinking we are one indivisible nation,Nigeria is not one and will never be one as it oneness can only be through a peaceful and acceptable negotiations by all the tribes, regions and of what type of new nation we should give to ourselves.
From north to South,they is crisis every where, million of persons had being displaced,and thousand killed within the last four years,the balm that heal the pains infected by ethnic and religious bigotry is no longer working,as the social jinx that cloak secrecy among the political oligarchy had be gulf by the power of the new medias.
Conversation are becoming more divisive even among the same ethnic groups that once claimed to be one,the Centre is deepen as reality had taken away mundane representative from the led.
They is rancor among the major tribes as what brought us together before May had being loss within the context of new economics reality.
We have people that are partially Nigerian now with new loyalty to their awaiting nation,they is confusion in the land and the future is brink.
The kingdoms that deliberately refused changing for century are cracking before our very eyes as the pipers could not longer pipe their expenditures or have awaken in their slum of facts.So,one will wonder why some people still believe the body that house the system should not change?
The tide are stronger and we must move away from primordial practice that had slow the speed which the country took off among its peers in the sixty.
The Azik -Awo- Sadauuna vision are longer impeccable in the twenty first century,the century is for men and leaders who could dare nature,challenges culture, question religious practices and take on the unattainable in a passion of dreams with an affirmation of a greater success amidst doubting circumstances .
As PMB wine down his first tenure come 29 May,he should do the need ful these time around by injecting men and women who had the capacity and passion to take head-on the challenge needed reforms that will creat a new ways to better the progress of the nation.
The APC Led government must cease from raising dust on pasts bad policy or its investigations and build on the foundation block the government had laid within the last four years.
President Buhari led APC government should as matter of fact be more nationalistic this time around with its appointments and shun policies that protrial the ethnic line.
While the government still have the hope of the citizens now,a workable policy that will definitely rebalance the needed type of Republic the people choose to themselves should be laid down before the 2023 general elections,this single trust will reunite hopes and less the anxiety from the agitators and even give the country a new leaf to better nationhood.
If Nigeria work it will work for every body not minding the tribes or location we have fine ourselves but a situation where a Nigerians had different national identity within a same country is not a project to greater nationhood if we shy away and keep the old ways, before or after 2023, the west will be happy as they had predicted to write " they was a country called Nigeria"
We must not allow the wishes of the naysayers to past as the present system did not hold space for a Nigeria the citizens will die for unless such Nigerians occupied a milking position.
