Prof. Alos reportedly died after a brief illness.
Reacting to the death, PO, who recalled meeting the late academic more than two decades ago while attending a Chief Executive Programme at the Lagos Business School, described his passing as a profound personal and national loss.
He described Prof. Alos as a humble, unassuming and deeply principled gentleman, whose ability to listen to people’s problems and offer thoughtful, practical solutions distinguished him throughout his life.
According to PO, one of his most enduring memories of the late professor was his strong commitment to character and integrity.
